Remy starts in place of Costa for visit of Stoke

Striker Diego Costa has been replaced by Loic Remy up front as Premier League leaders Chelsea make three changes for the visit of Stoke.
Remy scored the winner in the 3-2 victory at Hull last time out and displaces Costa, who is recovered from his hamstring injury to take a place on the bench, while Cesar Azpilicueta returns at left-back in place of Filipe Luis and Oscar comes in for Ramires in midfield.
Stoke make three changes following their home defeat of Crystal Palace, with defender Philipp Wollscheid, midfielder Glenn Whelan and forward Jonathan Walters coming in.
