Lukasz Fabianski will play his first competitive international in almost six years tomorrow after Poland manager Adam Nawalka confirmed the Swansea City goalkeeper gets the nod ahead of Artur Boruc and Wojciech Szczesny for the Euro 2016 qualifier against Ireland.
