Horrendous miss in a Sunday League game

We love a howler of a miss here at breakingnews.ie - and this one from the Sunday League in England is a beauty.

The move starts with a pretty basic error by the goalkeeper who loses the ball after a routine save.

The opposing player is quick to take advantage and gets away from the keeper and a defender - but then manages to put the ball wide from approximately a yard away from the goal.

To make it worse, it was the player’s brother who let Project Babb know about the video so a viral audience could enjoy the miss.
