Hart benched for Wembley clash
Argentinian Willy Caballero will start in goal for Manchester City ahead of England’s Joe Hart in today’s Community Shield with Arsenal at Wembley.
Caballero is one of two new signings in the Premier League winners’ first XI, alongside Brazil midfielder Fernando, with Bacary Sagna not among the starters against his former club.
Arsenal ended their nine-year trophy drought by winning the FA Cup at Wembley in May and have handed starts to three new signings in Alexis Sanchez, Calum Chambers and Mathieu Debuchy.
World Cup winners Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski are absent ahead of next week’s Premier League opener.
