New York paper tells readers Lampard 'mocked' Americans over 9/11

Frank Lampard’s proposed move to New York City FC has prompted one paper to bring up a decade-old insult to US citizens.

The New York Daily News yesterday published a story about an incident Lampard was involved in on the day after the 9/11 attacks.
