Forde signs new deal with Millwall

Republic of Ireland goalkeeper David Forde has signed a new three-year contract with Milwall FC.

The 34 year-old Galway man has been with the Championship side since 2008.

Millwall were playing in League One when he joined the club and Forde won promotion with them in 2010.

Forde played 90 minutes in Ireland’s defeat to Portugal on Tuesday in the MetLife Stadium and has 20 caps for his country.
