Branislav Ivanovic is suspended as Chelsea travel to Sunderland for the Capital One Cup quarter-final.

Cesar Azpilicueta will switch to right-back, with Ashley Cole at left-back, while Gary Cahill may return in central defence after being rested for the Barclays Premier League defeat of Crystal Palace, with John Terry possibly given the night off.
