Injury concerns mount for Celtic

Celtic playmaker Kris Commons is out of the Champions League clash at home to Ajax tomorrow night.

Manager Neil Lennon is hopeful his hamstring injury will heal in time for the return match in Amsterdam on November 6.

Emilio Izaguirre has recovered from illness and fellow full-back Mikael Lustig (hip) will be assessed on the day of the game after he also missed Saturday’s draw with Hibernian.

Scott Brown is suspended and Joe Ledley might not be fit enough to play a full 90 minutes following a groin injury. Derk Boerrigter (ankle), Adam Matthews (shoulder) and Steve Moyoukolo (Achilles) remain out.
