Rosell dismisses Pedro talk

Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has dismissed speculation that Paris St Germain have lodged a big-money offer for forward Pedro Rodriguez.

According to reports in Spain, Ligue 1 champions PSG have made a bid of €40m to try and take the 26-year-old Spain international to France.

However, Rosell on Tuesday poured cold water on that, telling reporters: “There is no offer from PSG for Pedro.”

Pedro, who has been at Barca for almost a decade, has also said he is not looking to leave the Nou Camp.

He said in Marca: “I’m only thinking of triumphing at Barcelona, but it is an honour that other clubs look at you.”
