Barcelona have reached an agreement in principal for the transfer of striker David Villa to Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona have reached an agreement in principal for the transfer of striker David Villa to Atletico Madrid.

The Primera Division champions announced on their website that the deal will cost up to €5.1m with Barca receiving 50% of any future transfer fee.
