Sterling struggling to shake off injury

Raheem Sterling is Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers’ only doubt for Sunday’s Barclays Premier League visit of West Ham to Anfield.

Rodgers said Sterling has had “an ongoing issue with his thigh” which is being assessed and could lead to him being out for a several weeks in order to protect it.
