Trap happy with Stockholm display

Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni was pleased with his side’s performance in their goalless World Cup qualifying draw in Sweden.

The Boys in Green successfully quelled the threat of a Swedish side who drew 4-4 with Germany last October to claim a valuable Group C point at Stockholm’s Friends Arena.
