Holt a doubt for Norwich

Norwich captain Grant Holt is doubtful for tomorrow’s Premier League trip to West Brom because of a hamstring injury.

On-loan Tottenham forward Harry Kane could be back in contention after two months out with a broken metatarsal, while defender Ryan Bennett (knee) is also set to resume full training.
