Reds apologise over fan treatment

Liverpool have apologised to fan Sean Cummins – creator of the fictional Twitter character Duncan Jenkins – for his “inappropriate” treatment by the club’s director of communications Jen Chang.

Cummins, who dreamed up the popular spoof football journalist, met Chang in a Manchester restaurant after the latter suspected someone from inside the club was leaking information.
