Georgios Samaras is out of Celtic’s Clydesdale Bank Premier League clash with Kilmarnock at Parkhead tomorrow.

The Greece striker limped off in the first-half of the Hoops’ Champions League defeat by Barcelona in the Nou Camp on Tuesday night with an ankle injury and is aiming to be back for the return game against the Catalan giants in just under a fortnight’s time.

Striker Lassad (groin) and midfielder Dylan McGeouch (knock), who did not travel to Spain, remain out.

Provisional squad: Forster, Matthews, Lustig, Wilson, Ambrose, Mulgrew, Izaguirre, Brown, Ledley, Kayal, Forrest, Commons, Wanyama, McCourt, Miku, Watt, Zaluska, Chalmers.
