QPR's Ferdinand leaves off Kick it Out t-shirt

QPR defender Anton Ferdinand has elected not to wear a t-shirt supporting the Kick it Out campaign during the warm-up ahead of their Barclays Premier League clash with Everton at Loftus Road.
Meanwhile, QPR boss Mark Hughes made three changes to his starting line-up for the visit of Everton, with his side still searching for their first Barclays Premier League win of the season.
Armand Traore, Samba Diakite and Junior Hoilett were all recalled with Shaun Wright-Phillips and Anton Ferdinand dropping to the bench and Clint Hill missing out altogether.
Everton brought in Victor Anichebe for the injured Marouane Fellaini with Sylvain Distin replacing John Heitinga in defence.
New signing Thomas Hitzlsperger was named amongst the Everton substitutes.
