Sturridge ruled out for Blues

Daniel Sturridge has failed to recover from his hamstring injury and did not travel to Copenhagen today for Chelsea’s Champions League clash against Nordsjaelland.

Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo had been hoping Sturridge would be available for tomorrow’s game but it appears Fernando Torres will maintain his record of having started every match this season.
