Hammer signings start on the bench

Norwich defender Russell Martin was passed fit from an ankle problem to face West Ham in today’s lunchtime Barclays Premier League clash at Carrow Road.

However, there was no place for winger Antony Pilkington, as Andrew Surman came into the starting XI, with on-loan Tottenham striker Harry Kane among the substitutes.
