Clean bill of health for Everton after internationals

Everton manager David Moyes has reported no problems from players coming back from the international break ahead of Monday’s visit of Newcastle.

Midfielder Darron Gibson has been ruled out for up to five weeks with a thigh strain, however.

Costa Rica midfielder Bryan Oviedo, a deadline-day signing from FC Copenhagen, is not yet eligible as he has been finalising his work permit and required paperwork.
