Cole ruled out of England qualifier

Chelsea defender Ashley Cole has been ruled out of England's second World Cup qualifier against Ukraine on Tuesday night.

The left-back was assessed by the national team's medical staff today but they felt he had not recovered sufficiently from the ankle problem which forced him to miss yesterday`s opening qualifier away to Moldova.
