Injured Carroll pulls out of England squad

Andy Carroll has pulled out of England’s opening World Cup qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine.

The West Ham loan signing suffered a hamstring injury during an impressive debut in his side’s 3-0 win over Fulham this afternoon.
