Kayal: Rangers decision was 'right'

Celtic midfielder Beram Kayal believes entering newco Rangers into the bottom tier of Scottish football was the right decision.

Charles Green’s newco club had their Scottish Premier League application rejected and have since been voted into the Irn-Bru Third Division by Scottish Football League clubs.
