Green 'has raised white flag'

Former Rangers player John Brown has accused Charles Green of giving in to Celtic chief executive Peter Lawwell over a proposed deal to retain top-flight football at Ibrox.

Green has been meeting Clydesdale Bank Premier League clubs in recent days in a bid to persuade them to accept his new company’s application to acquire Rangers’ share in the competition.
