UEFA have opened disciplinary proceedings against the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) for incidents during Monday’s Euro 2012 Group C match against Spain.

The disciplinary case is for the improper conduct of supporters, related to the setting off of fireworks and the display of racist banners, and also the conduct of the team.
