Balotelli fit for Italy

Mario Balotelli was tonight expected to be passed fit for Italy’s European Championship opener against Spain.

Manchester City striker Balotelli gave the Azzurri an injury scare yesterday after picking up a thigh problem and did not train this morning ahead of the squad’s flight to Poland.
