Most fans budget €2,000 for trip to Poland

A new survey shows that 76% of Irish football fans making the trip Poland will be shelling out up to €2,000.

Carried out by Continental Tyres and You Boys in Green website, the poll showed that the other 24% of fans will splash out between €3,000 and €4,000.

The survey revealed that 49% of fans said they had only budgeted to stay for the three group stage matches, while 51% will stay on if Ireland progresses.

Some 82% of fans have already secured their tickets for the matches.
