Sigurdsson set for permanent Swansea move

Swansea are on the verge of completing the signing of Gylfi Sigurdsson after a £6.8m transfer fee was accepted by Hoffenheim and the player agreed personal terms.

The 22-year-old will undergo a medical this week before the deal can be officially finalised, according to a statement from the club.
