Juarez set for Celtic exit

Mexico international Efrain Juarez is set to leave Celtic this summer, manager Neil Lennon has said.

The 24-year-old midfielder was a £4m summer signing from Club Universidad Nacional following the 2010 World Cup, but has made just 20 appearances in his two years at Parkhead and had a limited impact on loan in Spain.

Lennon told the Evening Times: “Efrain hasn’t figured that much this season, even during his loan time at Zaragoza, and it might be best for him to move on and try to further his career elsewhere.”
