Everton wait on trio

Everton midfielders Jack Rodwell, Seamus Coleman and Royston Drenthe all remain doubtful for tomorrow’s trip to Norwich.

Rodwell (hamstring) and Coleman (thigh) have missed the last five and four matches respectively but are edging closer to full fitness.
