Thigh-injury victim Seamus Coleman remains out for Everton ahead of their FA Cup quarter-final replay at Sunderland tomorrow.

Darron Gibson returned from a five-match absence for the weekend’s win at Swansea and is set to keep his place but fellow midfielder Steven Pienaar is cup-tied.
