Wolves will start their bid to find Mick McCarthy's appointment in earnest today with bookmakers favourite Alan Curbishley set to be interviewed, it is understood.
Curbishley has been already sounded out by the Wolves hierarchy and is the kind of candidate with credentials which have created a favourable impressive with club owner Steve Morgan.
