Blues trio facing fitness test

Everton manager David Moyes is waiting on fitness updates on at least three players ahead of tomorrow’s trip to Bolton.

Midfielder Jack Rodwell missed last week’s win at home to Wolves with a rib injury sustained on duty with the England senior side.

Defenders Phil Neville (hamstring) and Sylvain Distin (groin) were also not available a week ago and will be assessed before the game.
