Rodgers dismisses Campbell link

Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers has dismissed speculation linking the club with a move for Sol Campbell.

A report in a British newspaper had suggested the Swans would move to bring in the 37-year-old former Arsenal and Tottenham centre-half, who is currently a free agent, as Rodgers looks to counter a lack of defensive options due to the unavailability of Alan Tate, Steven Caulker, Darnel Situ and Rafik Halliche.
