Dempsey and Shields doubtful for Bray
Bray Wanderers entertain St Patrick's Athletic in tonight’s Airtricity League Premier Division clash at the Carlisle Grounds, kick-off 7.45pm.
Adam Mitchell and Danny O'Connor are missing for Bray as they are both serving a suspension.
Gary Dempsey is a doubt for Wanderers as he is still recovering from a back strain, while Chris Shields is also struggling with an ankle injury and is unlikely to be fit to start.
Bray boss Pat Devlin said: "It’s a very interesting game. They are going really well. We were going really well up to the last time we met them and they beat us 1-0.
“It would be nice to turn it around this time. It should be a good game but it will be tough.”
St Pat’s have doubts over Sean O'Connor and Evan McMillan (groin strain), while David McMillan (hamstring) and Derek Doyle (calf) are definitely out of contention.
Ian Daly has recovered from a back injury and should be included, while Derek Pender and Daryl Kavanagh have recovered from illness and are also available.
Saints manager Pete Mahon said: "We've scored a lot of goals over the past few weeks so it shows that we're doing something right but this game is now definitely the most important of our season so far.
“If we can pick up three points in Bray it would set us up nicely going into the game with Shamrock Rovers on Monday in Richmond.”
