Bohs striker Fagan suspended for visit of Bray
Bohemians and Bray Wanderers go head to head in today’s Airtricity League Premier Division clash at Dalymount Park, kick-off 7pm.
The Gypsies must plan without striker Christy Fagan as he is serving as a suspension.
Liam Burns also misses the clash with Wanderers as he is also banned
The two players are ruled out as a result of the red cards they received in the 1-1 draw against St Patrick’s Athletic two weeks ago.
Aidan Downes and Anto Flood may start in attack as they did against Longford Town in the Cup when Downes scored Bohemians’ equaliser and first of three.
Kevin Feely is set to play in the centre of defence in Burns’ absence after impressing against Shelbourne on Monday.
Midfielder Robert Bayly has returned to training following an ankle injury and should be available for selection.
Stephen Traynor had a very short run-out at the end of Monday’s Leinster Senior Cup match having been sidelined for a month also with an ankle injury and should be included in the squad.
For Wanderers, Adam Mitchell and Danny O'Connor are suspended as is defender Stephen Last who was sent off in Bray's defeat in the A Championship.
Bray captain Gary Dempsey is also missing as he has a back strain, while Gary Shaw, Conor Butler and Anthony Bolger have been added to the squad.
Bray boss Pat Devlin said: "What a great opportunity it is for us to bounce back (after losing in the Cup), and no better place than Dalymount against Bohemians.”
