Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart believes former England international Owen Hargreaves would be a welcome addition to Roberto Mancini’s expensively-assembled squad.

The 30-year-old former Manchester United midfielder is understood to be in talks with City, having left Old Trafford at the end of last season when his contract expired.
