Steinsson relief for Bolton

Bolton boss Owen Coyle is breathing a sigh of relief after defender Gretar Steinsson was diagnosed with nothing more serious than bruising after being forced out of Sunday’s defeat to Manchester City.

The Trotters have already lost Lee Chung-yong and Tyrone Mears to broken legs suffered in pre-season and there were fears Steinsson had suffered a broken metatarsal as he left the Reebok Stadium.
