Reds set to complete Enrique swoop

Liverpool should complete the signing of left-back Jose Enrique today as manager Kenny Dalglish makes his final preparations for the start of the new season.

The 25-year-old had a medical at the club’s Melwood training ground yesterday after the Reds agreed a fee, believed to be in the region of £6m, for the Newcastle defender.
