Injured McCarthy ruled out of squad to face Croatia

James McCarthy has been ruled out of the squad to face Croatia in the Three International friendly on August 10.

McCarthy picked up an injury this afternoon in a pre-season friendly for his club. In another update, the FAI announced that injury doubt Marc Wilson will now report for assessment later this evening.
