UK's Football League reverts to five substitutes

The Football League will revert to five named substitutes for matches this season following a vote by clubs today.

The League had followed the Barclays Premier League in naming seven substitutes for matches last campaign, but clubs frequently struggled to muster 18 players for a matchday squad when injuries hit.
