Duff back in European action
Irish international Damien Duff was in the starting 11 as Fulham manager Martin Jol selected a strong side to face NSI Runavik in the Europa League first qualifying round at Craven Cottage this evening.
Danny Murphy was named skipper in the Dutchman’s first match the helm, with the likes of Brede Hangeland, Bobby Zamora and Damien Duff also included in the starting line-up.
Former Liverpool man Lauri Dalla Valle was among the substitutes and could make his debut tonight if brought on against the team from the Faroe Islands.
