Yaya Toure scored the winner for Manchester City at Wembley as they lifted the FA Cup to end a 35-year wait for a major trophy.

Yaya Toure scored the winner for Manchester City at Wembley as they lifted the FA Cup to end a 35-year wait for a major trophy.

The midfielder got the all-important goal in the 74th minute after pinball in the Stoke area, with team-mates David Silva and Mario Balotelli also involved.
