The fit again duo of skipper Chris Brunt and Steven Reid plus Paul Scharner, who was available after suspension, and Gabriel Tamas replaced James Morrison, Somen Tchoyi, Abdoulaye Meite and Gonzalo Jara.

Everton manager David Moyes made one change from the line-up which overcame Manchester City with Jack Rodwell making way for Seamus Coleman.

West Brom: Carson, Reid, Olsson, Tamas, Shorey, Brunt, Mulumbu, Scharner, Thomas, Cox, Odemwingie.

Subs: Myhill, Tchoyi, Morrison, Miller, Meite, Fortune, Jara.

Everton: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Coleman, Heitinga, Neville, Arteta, Osman, Anichebe.

Subs: Mucha, Bilyaletdinov, Beckford, Gueye, Rodwell, Vellios, Baxter.
