Doyle on the double as Rovers see off Drogs
Drogheda United 0 Sligo Rovers 3
Having hit a hat-trick in Tuesday's win over Bray, Eoin Doyle scored twice to see off bottom of the table Drogheda at Hunky Dorys Park.
Doyle struck for the opening goal on 27 minutes, tapping home after Iarfhlaith Davoren did well to set him up with a precise cross.
Left-back Davoren was also instrumental in Sligo's second goal on 75 minutes, crossing for substitute John Dillon to head home.
Doyle then got his second four minutes later with a superb header from Alan Keane's delivery - his eight goal in the last six league games.
