Heitinga in the frame

Defender John Heitinga is back in contention for Everton’s Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester City tomorrow after two games out with a hamstring injury.

Midfielders Tim Cahill (foot) and Mikel Arteta (hamstring) are also closer to full match fitness after playing for just over an hour against Wigan last weekend.
