Birmingham boss Alex McLeish made five changes for the FA Cup quarter-final with Bolton at St Andrew’s today.

McLeish was without the injured quartet of skipper Stephen Carr, David Bentley, Lee Bowyer and Roger Johnson. Liam Ridgewell was also suffering from a groin injury but was named among the substitutes.
