Milner ruled out for City

Manchester City will be without James Milner for their Europa League match against Dynamo Kiev in Ukraine tomorrow.

The England midfielder has not travelled with the squad due to a hamstring injury, but international team-mate Shaun Wright-Phillips could come into contention after missing the last two games because of a back problem.
