West Brom midfielder Graham Dorrans is a major fitness doubt for the Barclays Premier League derby at Birmingham tomorrow.

Dorrans suffered an ankle injury in training on Friday and Baggies head coach Roy Hodgson is pessimistic about his chances of being available.
