Sturridge in running for Bolton start

On-loan striker Daniel Sturridge is pushing first-choice pairing Kevin Davies and Johan Elmander for a start against Tottenham tomorrow.

The Chelsea man scored the only goal of the game against Wolves on debut and could graduate from bench duty.

There are no new injuries for manager Owen Coyle but Jloyd Samuel, Ricardo Gardner, Joey O’Brien and Sean Davis are still short of fitness.
