Holloway plans to appeal FA fine

Blackpool manager Ian Holloway intends to appeal against his £25,000 (€29,000) fine for fielding a weakened side after revealing his offer of resignation was turned down by chairman Karl Oyston.

Last week the Seasiders were punished by the Premier League for putting out an under-strength team in their 3-2 defeat at Aston Villa in November.
